Panzerotti dough recipe

The panzerotti are a kind of deep fried dumpling with  filling, a speciality of Apulian cuisine. In Naples they are  called "pizza fritta" (fried pizza). It is very easy to cook at home and very tasty.

We propose some stuffing in our, but you can make your creativity working and fill with different combinations. In the traditional Apulian cuisine is also stuffed with meat. 

Should you have not time for making dough at home you can use the dough for pizza: this is not the same, but it works well.
