Simmer the olive oil in a pot.
in the meantime chop the paprika until dust. As soon as the oil simmer (the first bubble...) stop the heat
add the powder, cover and let it cool 
Spill it into a dark bottle (the oil requires the darkness). You can use it immediately, but it becomes stronger as more you keep it in the bottle
