All the recipes and arguments are grouped into different areas, each one has  a different colour. Here below you can find a useful surfing guide. 

 

Do you want to find quickly a recipe? use the search box on the top left, below the link to this guide, and you will activate the search inside this site!

in the area Recipes, in blue colour  you can find the links to the recipes organised in respect of a traditional Italian meal. From the icons shown in each recipe you will easily recognize  the ingredients and the typology, avoiding to eat unwanted foods or ingredients,      both icons are linked to a cuts table.

It could be also useful  at the time of a trip to Italy or of a dinner in an Italian restaurant.   You can also recognize the recipes imported from other cuisines in the world. Other icons, very easy to understand, give further informations about our Italian recipes.

You have also a description of the Italian meat cuts  used in our recipes with a map where are shown both the cuts of pork and beef meat and their Italian name. In this manner it will be easier to find the right product for each recipe. Here it is also possible to find a small dictionary of the Italian cooking words, with all the Italian words used for cooking our Italian recipes. We have also a chapter dedicate to the table manners and to how eat spaghetti. In the area fish you find also descriptions of each of the following fish kinds: sea fish, fresh water fish, cephalopods, crustaceans, molluscs.
