PREPARATION:  step-by-step photographed recipe

Preheat the oven to °F 428 (°C 220)

Rinse the shells and open being careful not to break them.
  Place  on the  dripping-pan of the oven and cover with the bread crumbs,

  to which you have mixed the parsley and minced garlic. Sprinkle with the olive oil

and bake  5 minutes. Attention: if cooked too much they become rubbery.
