Boil the potatoes and the quail eggs, cool under running water and peel,. Prepare the mayonnaise by the basic recipe
Slice the potatoes, mince the salmon and cut the eggs to half
	drain the corn and cut the olives to rings
mix in a bowl the potatoes, the corn, the capers, the olives and the mayonnaise
	stir well
compose the dish putting the salmon in the center and the quail eggs all around
	but if you have many guests you can serve in a small bowl for each portion, it will be easier..
