PREPARATION

cut the watermelon removing all the white part
cut it to cubes without taking care of the seeds
if you have a centrifuge put into few cubes each time
the machine will separate the seeds from the juice. 
if you have not a centrifuge use a strainer and a spoon. It will take more time but the result is the same
a glass of wellness for you and your children and without adding sugar!
