PREPARATION: step-by-step photographed recipe

shell the peas, remove the damaged hulls and stems
rinse well  the hulls and put in a bowl with the cold vegetable broth/stock and the garlic. Boil
after 20 minutes whisk
filter the broth/stock

add the peas and boil until tender but not melted (8-10 minutes)
make the soup dense adding the flour melted in some broth

add the shelled prawns and boil, no more than 1 minute or they become too thick. Add salt and serve tepid
