PREPARATION: "school of cuisine"

boil the garlic in the milk.
Slice and bone the anchovies rinsing with vinegar until removing  the salt 
melt them into olive oil.
Add garlic and a little milk 
blend until a homogeneous cream
Boil the spaghetti in abundant salted water (see how to boil pasta ) and drain
Scald the sauce adding small tomatoes, then saute the pasta in the sauce
