grated lemon peel 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon

Notes to the recipe: this kind of spaghetti is made with a rather common and not expensive fish. It is important to use the water used for boiling it (or dropped to the container by using the steamer) for a better taste. Add this water  to that used for boiling the spaghetti, you will obtain a better flavour. You can keep the head of the fish apart for making a fish broth/stock
