steam the tub gurnard
bone,peel and mince
prepare the lemon peel, you can either mince with all the ingredients or grate on the finished dish

boil the spaghetti in abundant salted water for 6 minutes
fry slightly in a pan the fish in the olive oil with a little of the water used for boiling the fish
saute quickly the spaghetti in the pan, add  sliced tomatoes,  minced ingredients stir well and serve
