PREPARATION: "school of cuisine"

soak the bread in the milk

Open the prawns tails and remove the vein

Cleanse and rinse the cuttlefishes and cut the tentacles

Chop finely a garlic clove

Fry slightly the garlic in the paprika oil

Prepare the peeled tomatoes, press until a pulp and  salt and boil the sauce 5 minutes making dense.

 
In a chopper chop garlic, the prawns tails (keep apart 3 for the presentation), the mint, basil, olives and the tentacles.
Squeeze the bread to dry 
add to the chopped.

Add the egg to the compound

 

Salt  and stir until homogeneous

 

Stuff the cuttlefishes

Put into the sauce cover and boil at low heat

 

Add grated bread and cheese to the remaining compound.

Make little balls as great as a walnut

Add gently to the sauce and boil covered

Serve hot
