Cleanse the garlic. Prepare a pot with 50% white wine and 50% white vinegar. Add salt and boil. As soon as boiling add the garlic.

let the garlic cook one minute, and, when the time is expired, put the dried and hot garlic into the pot.

Add extra virgin olive oil and paprika oil, close up and let them in the pot at least one day before eating. Note: you must cover the garlic completely with the oils. No one part must remain dry and uncovered.
