In this area you can find both the recipes made in fact only for Christmas and
the recipes made for celebrations or special days. Each
picture is linked to the photographed recipe.
We have the most known recipes as the
Pandoro of Verona, the Panettone of Milan and the crema of mascarpone. You can
find also recipes typical of some areas as the Bisciola of Valtellina and
Zelten of Trentino-alto-Adige. Other recipes as sea salad and lasagna are very
popular for special celebration days, a typical celebration dish.
The recipes are proposed in order of
arrival. The recipes are split into two pages: the ingredients table, with
doses, cooking time and notes about ingredients and cooking techniques, linked
to the text. The step-by-step explained and photographed recipe, with pictures
of the finished dish and of each preparation step, is linked to the picture.
