cut the butter and make it soften for some minutes
add to the dough and knead it with strength for 10 minutes
the butter will melt and you will obtain a homogeneous and thick dough
make some little balls, as large as a big nut, a little pressed in the middle
Soak and squeeze to dry an oven paper and put onto a baking pan, put the cakes on. You can also grease and flour the baking pan instead of the oven paper
put into the oven at F 390 (C 200) for 20 minutes, then low the temperature to F 320 (C 160) for 10 minutes again
better into ventilated oven
by the tradition you should eat them for breakfast on the2nd of November, for All Souls Day, but they are so good that you shall make again for other days!
