Notes to the recipe: cappellacci pasta is a filled pasta, like ravioli pasta, traditional of romagna region and emilia. It is a variety of cappelletti, but of larger dimension (In italian cappelletti means small cap). If cappellacci are not available or you don't wish to make them you can use other filled pasta varieties.
