Notes to the recipe: The mushroom sauce is traditional with testaroli. This recipe is easy to make and with ingredients easy available everywhere. Due their soft and porous dough the testaroli combine very well with the taste of the porcini mushrooms. Should you do not find dried porcini you can use other dried mushrooms with strong flavour.
