	boil eggs (8 minutes) then cut at the long side.
take out gently the yolks drain well the tuna
	chop yolks, tuna, anchovies pickled cucumbers and capers, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
until  homogeneous
	stuff the eggs
garnish with olives and, if you like, with mayonnaise
	keep cool until serving
