As for all the simply recipes we must pay a particular attention to the ingredients quality: they must be of excellent quality for a guarantee of a delicious recipe. We begin with mozzarella cheese, which shall be very fresh: make your choice whether made with buffalo or cow milk: it is not important the kind of milk, but the quality!
