to prepare fried eggs with truffle, uova con tartufo, Italian traditional
recipe, and how to cleanse the truffle
 
This is an elementary recipe, but we have also
the opportunity for explaining how to cleanse the truffle. We have been using a
white truffle, called "marzolino" (month of march), a middle quality truffle. Of
course you can make this recipe with every kind of truffle.
