In this table you can find all italian traditional and modern recipes for soups and creams. They are divided into three kinds, grouped into three columns: vegetarian soups recipes, soups with meat and soups with fish. You can find rustic soups recipes and also elegant, quick, easy and light recipe for soups and creams.

The soups recipes are proposed in order of arrival. The recipes are split into two pages: the ingredients table, with doses, cooking time and notes about ingredients and cooking techniques, linked to the text.
