Making sheep sauce

PREPARATION: how to make sheep meat sauce step-by-step

GO TO THE LAMB, SHEEP AND MUTTON RECIPES

	cleanse and rinse the vegetables
chop as for a ragout
	put olive oil in an earthenware pot or in a pot with tick bottom
add the vegetables
	fry slightly for 1 minute
cut to great pieces and add

add the tomato and simmer for at least two hours (three better)
	and salt and remove the meat remember to filter the sauce before using, for avoiding bones inside
