Pandoro, Italian traditional recipe for Christmas cake, is a sweet of Verona, prepared for Christmas since the 19th century. Soft, with yellow and browned dough and vanilla perfume this sweet had a great success in Italy. Traditionally its baking pan has a star shape, with pointed corners, but if you do not find it you can use the same used for pudding.
