PREPARATION: step-by-step photographed recipe

Soak the mushrooms in tepid water. Prepare the semolina gnocchi as in the basic recipe
Fry slightly garlic  and parsley in olive oil. When browned add the tomato pulp and boil until it becomes dense
Add the drained  mushrooms and cook 5 minutes
Grease  Pyrex dish with a little of butter 
compose the dish 
Sprinkle with the shredded parmesan cheese and dress with the sauce and a little butter slices, without covering completely. 
Bake in the oven. Serve hot
