 | remove the stems and rinse the nettles under cold running water |
cleanse and chop garlic and onion and cut the smoked sausage (or bacon) to small cubes |  |
 | brown in very few butter onion, sausage and pine seeds |
in the meantime brown the nettles in an other pan, with the remaining butter |  |
 | as soon as the onion is softened add the rice |
fry slightly for about two minutes |  |
 | then sprinkle with white wine |
pay attention the the nettles: if too dry add some broth/stock |  |
 | as soon as soft whisk |
add some broth/stock to the rice |  |
 | add the nettles |
low the heat and stir well |  |
 | boil add hot broth/stock, a little at time |
