Soak the mushrooms
Beat the meat with your  fist or with the meat pounder for making it more tender and coat with flour.

Chop the garlic. Heat the butter and add the garlic until browned. Fry slightly one minute the escalope
  on both sides over high heat, add the cream 
and the mushrooms well dried   Reduce the heat and boil. If you like you can add 1/4 stock cube for flavor
Low the heat and cook. Add salt and serve
