 steam asparagus in steamer
boil the eggs boiling eggs
 shell the eggs. Squeeze the lemon and blend the juice with a teaspoon of the water used for cooking the asparagus, until  homogeneous sliced boiled eggs
Chop the egg (albumen and yolk) for obtaining the mimosa. mincing eggs
Put onto the dish the asparagus and the minced egg, minced eggs onto dish
then season with the lemon juice and serve tepid or cold   seasoning with lemon juice
