PREPARATION: step-by-step photographed recipe

while the vegetable broth/stock is boiling cleanse the artichokes by removing the thick leaves and the tops
cut the artichokes hearts to quarters, as shown in this picture
chop garlic and parsley and fry slightly in a pan with olive oil
add the rice as soon as the garlic is softened...
and the artichokes
sprinkle with white wine
stir for giving an uniform flavor
boil adding the broth/stock a little at time
add cheese when ready and stir gently
add salt and pepper if you like
serve hot
