| Cleanse the garlic. Prepare a pot with 50% white wine and 50% white vinegar. Add salt and boil. As soon as boiling add the garlic. | 
| prepare a pot with oregano | 
| let the garlic cook one minute, and, when the time is expired, put the dried and hot garlic into the pot. | 
| Add extra virgin olive oil and paprika oil, close up and let them in the pot at least one day before eating. Note: you must cover the garlic completely with the oils. No one part must remain dry and uncovered. |
