|prepare a very dense batter following the basic recipe
|Cleanse and rinse the leaves and remove the stems
|dip the leaves into the batter
|while the olive oil is heating soak well the sage leaves paying attention them not to brake
|put the battered sage leaves into the olive oil
|fry well on both sides
|dry sage leaves with cooking paper, salt and serve.
