Italian traditional recipe of Piacenza for making pickled garlic. The garlic flavour becomes softer and the cloves crispy.

|PAPRIKA oil||1 cup||250 cc|
|white vinegar||1 cup||250 cc|
|white wine||1 cup||250 cc|
|oregano||1/2 OZ OR MORE||10 GR. OR MORE|
|COARSE salt||1/2 tblspoon||10 GRams|
