devein shrimps opening the upper part of the carapace with a knife. Steam for 5 minutes, keep one shrimp for each portion apart.
In a great bowl put the garlic and the boiled beans (you can use the canned beans, better if you boil the fresh or dried with aromatic herbs) and add the hot broth
Blend until obtaining a perfectly smooth and rather dense cream. Add salt, add rosemary and boil for 5 minutes
Remove the tail meat. Spread the cream into the dishes, put the tail meat onto the cream, dress with one entire shrimp, rosemary leaves and serve.
